Made-to-Order Apparel & Branded Goods
Most of our t-shirts, hats, and branded collection items are made to order, produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, color choice, or personal preference.
This policy applies to the majority of items offered through our brand collections.
Our T-Shirt Blanks & Fit Information
We primarily use two premium t-shirt styles:

Next Level 6410 – a soft, sueded tee with a modern, slightly tailored fit

Comfort Colors – a garment-dyed tee known for its washed, relaxed, broken-in feel
To help you choose the right size:

We provide clear size charts on each product page

We include fit notes describing how each shirt wears
If you prefer a looser or more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up, especially with the Next Level 6410.
Because our shirts are custom printed, we are unable to accept returns for fit or sizing. Please review all sizing information before ordering.
14-Day Issue Reporting Window
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can take care of it promptly.

Once approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Please note that Select Name Brand Western wear and select specialty items offered within our collective store may follow a separate return policy dependent on store origination.
